Each art therapy session takes an embodied mindfulness approach and includes:
a short, guided centering practice
an introduction to session theme and materials
a period of quiet hands-on, process-oriented, creative engagement
a supportive, non-judgmental reflection circle
A session may include drawing, painting, writing, collage, mixed media, clay, sculpture, or a combination of mediums.
